MILD: A Light roasted coffee blend that will showcase many hidden taste attributes often overshadowed by roasting to a darker shade. This blend was created with the East coast cinnamon style of roast profile in mind. Ours is just a pinch darker but it still allows for all the brightness and acidity normally reserved for that "New England" cinnamon roast style of coffee. With Costa Rican coffee encompassing a majority of the blend, it hits the taste buds with an immediate sparkle and palate pop that is as much the coffee varietal as it is the lighter roast profile. This cup delivers a fuller body that has a sweet nutty and a slightly citrus flavor with medium to high acidity. It is well balanced and is not too heavy on the palate. Excellent when brewed as espresso.
