Sourced from some of the highest growing regions in Indonesia, this coffee is semi-washed, wet-hulled, then dried in the sun. This process gives the bean its unique blush color and hallmark Indonesian profile.  An Indonesian coffee without the traditional earthiness but with a medium roast that delivers a rich taste with every sip.
