This full-bodied coffee comes from the Korgua Estate in Papua New Guinea, run by Brian Leahy, a second-generation coffee farmer. Brian’s dad and uncle, Dan and Mick, were legendary Aussie explorers who made first contact with the region’s tribes.
In 1930, they planted the seeds of the Korgua Estate in the Western Highlands. The 123-acre estate is a coffee paradise, with rich volcanic soil, cool temperatures, and plenty of rain, which helps beans ripen slowly and develop bold, sweet, and juicy complex flavors.

Cane juice, honey, lime, and a playful twist of uchuva (goldenberry).
