Donation Request
When it comes to spreading the love, we believe the more the merrier. But, it’s gotta be done the right way. So we’ve made some handy guidelines to make things easier for everyone.
Our top priority will be Local 501(c)(3) organizations. If you’re chosen, or not, we’ll let you know via email. We need at least 30 days to process requests and limit donations to one per year per organization. We prefer auctions over raffles and rarely donate product for giveaways.
For donations, we offer products, gift cards, and gift baskets. We do not make cash donations unless we are closely involved with the organization. All cash donations are determined annually during our budget process.
Here are the groups that get top priority:
- Non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations.
- Local schools and youth organizations.
- Clubs, organizations, and businesses we regularly do business and who support Thomas Hammer.
- The event and beneficiary must reside in our primary destination market area.
