Nicaragua Dipilto SHG EP

SMOOTH: This European Prep Nicaraguan is some of the most delicious Nic we have tasted in a long time. Grown in the El Horno and La Tablazon, Dipilto, Nueva Segovia regions at 1250 meters plus, this coffee has high notes of buttery bittersweet chocolate, with a hint of brightness featuring an orange citrus tint. If you love Centrals than this is a good bet for you.

Not sure what European Prep means: (depulped in pinhalense machines, fermented for 12 hours in cement tanks, washed in clean fresh water, dried in machine driers down to 42% moisture and finished on full-sun patios.)
